Promoter
The promoter is Naturewall Ltd, Unit 21, The Trade Yard, Barmston Road, Beverley, HU17 0LA (“Naturewall”).
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who have purchased Naturewall shower panels.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a) post a photo or video to their feed on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok;
b) feature their completed space using Naturewall shower panels;
c) tag @naturewall; and
d) include the hashtag #MyNaturewall
Story posts, private stories, disappearing content and time-limited content do not qualify.
Email Entry Route
Participants not using social media may enter by emailing their photo or video to collaborate@naturewall.com with the subject line ‘My Naturewall’.
Entry Requirements
Entries must:
• be original and owned by the participant;
• feature Naturewall shower panels in a completed space;
• be publicly visible at the time of review (unless entered by email);
• include the competition hashtag;
• comply with platform terms.
Only one entry per completed space is permitted.
Purchase Requirement
A valid purchase of Naturewall shower panels is required. Proof of purchase may be requested for verification.
Competition Period
The competition opens on launch and closes at 23:59 on 8/2/2026. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted. Winners will be announced week commencing 9th February 2026.
Selection of Winners
For every ten (10) valid entries received during the competition period, one (1) participant will be randomly selected as a winner. The Promoter’s decision is final.
Prize
Winners will receive a refund equal to the original purchase value of their Naturewall shower panel order, excluding delivery fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter, or by email for email entries, within fourteen (14) days of the competition closing.
Content Usage Rights
By entering, participants grant Naturewall a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, store and share the submitted content across all marketing channels including but not limited to: social media, email, website, paid advertising, print, PR and trade communications. This licence remains valid even if the original social media post is deleted, the account becomes private or the hashtag is later removed.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, request proof of purchase and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Data will not be sold to third parties. Participants may request data deletion by contacting collaborate@naturewall.com. Deletion requests made before prize fulfilment may void entry.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure, platform issue or malfunction beyond its control.
Platform Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Meta. Participants release these platforms from any liability relating to the competition.
Modification & Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
