Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Non-bespoke orders may be cancelled by retail customers subject to the order not being booked in for dispatch by our warehouse team. We advise contacting our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order and we will endeavour to process your cancellation.
Trade/B2B orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Tolerance in Products

Definition of Tolerance
- The specified product length may vary by up to ±5mm from the stated length in the product specifications. This range is considered acceptable and within manufacturing standards.
- Acceptance of Tolerance
- The customer acknowledges and agrees that products delivered within the ±5mm tolerance range meet the agreed-upon specifications. Variations within this tolerance do not constitute a defect or grounds for rejection.
- Inspection and Approval
- The customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon receipt to ensure it meets the specified requirements.
- Any concerns regarding length exceeding the ±5mm tolerance must be reported in writing within 5 days from the date of delivery. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the product.
- Exclusions and Special Conditions

If the customer requires stricter tolerances, these must be explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.

The ±5mm tolerance does not apply to products where critical design features or functionality require exact lengths, as indicated by the customer in advance.
Returns
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, retail consumers have the right to request a return within 14 days. No return request will be accepted after this period.
Once your return request is accepted, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Goods returned outside of this period will be sent back and no refund will be issued.

Please note to proceed with a return, the product must be unused, in new condition, and should be secured and returned in its original packaging with suitable protection.
Before confirming the return of your items, we will request a photograph showing the condition of the product. This helps us ensure that the items are in a resalable condition. Customers will be responsible for arranging the transport and insurance of the goods being returned. Any damages that occur during the return process will at our discretion be liable to deductions from the refund amount owed.
All returns must be sent to our distribution warehouse 28 Bergen Way, Hull, HU7 0YQ
Once we receive the returned goods, they will be inspected by our warehouse team to ensure they are in resalable condition. After confirmation is issued a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note due to the nature of our products and our free outbound shipping service we do charge a restocking fee for all returns – 10% of total order value or £20 (whichever is higher) this will be deducted automatically from your refund.

"NATUREWALL" is a UK registered trade mark of Naturewall Group Ltd. You are not permitted to use it without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under How you may use material on our site.
