Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION:

PRIZE: FOUR winners will be selected to receive the prize. The winners will receive an MDF Wall Panelling Kit sent to their chosen address. The winners will be allowed to choose from two kits of different widths, 63mm or 97mm and up to 10 kits in total, per winner. This prize is not transferable to another person. Applies to mainland UK addresses only. (EXCLUDES all islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some Scottish Postcodes). The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must follow instructions on the original @naturewalluk Instagram post listed on the official Naturewall social media channels. Entries made after the posted closing date will not be valid. There are no restrictions on how many times you can enter. The competition starts on Friday 2nd February 2024, and ends on Tuesday 13th February 2024 at midday.
Four winners will be chosen from all valid entries on the Naturewall Instagram abiding by the competition terms of entry. The winner must reside in mainland UK. (EXCLUDES all islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some Scottish Postcodes). Naturewall holds the right to withdraw this competition and prize at any time without notice. No cash alternative will be offered. Subject to availability. Prize must not be exchanged or sold. No purchase necessary. Naturewall has the final say on all decisions regarding this competition. Naturewall may alter these terms at any time without notice. Naturewall cannot be held responsible for being unable to contact the winners due to social media platform restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If Naturewall do not receive a response from the winners within 7 days of the initial communication, alternative winners will be chosen, and the first winner will forfeit the prize. The winners should receive their prize within a month of being contacted.
This competition and prize is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook or Instagram, nor is Facebook/Instagram associated with this contest in any way. Information you provide will be used for this competition only.
