Win Your Order Back Review Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Naturewall Ltd, Unit 21, The Trade Yard, Barmston Road, Beverley, HU17 0LA (“Naturewall”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Naturewall and their close relatives, who have left a review of their experience on Trustpilot or Google review platforms.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must leave a review of their experience with Naturewall on Google or Trustpilot.
• One review on either platform equals one (1) entry. Reviewing on both platforms equals two (2) entries.

Important: To ensure your entry is recorded, the name used on your review profile must match the name on your Naturewall order. Alternatively, mention your order number in the review text (optional).

Our team will cross-reference new reviews with our customer database at the end of each month to compile the entry list.

If your review name does not match your order name (e.g. you use a nickname), we cannot guarantee your entry will be captured.

Honesty Policy: Entry is not contingent on the star rating or the nature of the feedback. All reviews, whether positive, neutral, or negative, will be entered into the draw equally.

4. The Prize

The prize is a full refund of the winner's most recent order value (including VAT and shipping), with no maximum cap.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be chosen at random via a digital random generator from all valid entries received.

Draws will take place on the 1st Monday of each month.

Winners will be notified via email & phone call within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

6. Data Protection

By entering, you agree that Naturewall may use your name and the content of your review for marketing purposes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
