The quality of the naturewall panels is great! You can feelit as you place and cut each panelamd i can already hear the sound difference from them and I do like the look. The only reason it's 4 star is because of 2 reasons: 1. I actually wanted the grande version but I must have mis clicked and didn't realise until it arrived. They were happy to return them the only problem is it is under my own steam and cost which when I got quotes, even from their recommendation, the cost was about half the price of the 3x panels and this factored in the 10% restock fee meant it was ridiculous to send back so ended up using them. 2. I understand the colour can be off due to it being wood and stain effect it differently but realised only when I finished installing that the shade of 1 panel I received was quite different to make me think its the wrong colour. It did come in a separate box to the other 2 which might be why. Nothing i can really do now but I'm tempted bow the up to get another panel but not sure what shade I might get if I order the same colour. Otherwise I can't really fault the panels.
