1. The Promoter
The promoter is Naturewall Ltd, Unit 21, The Trade Yard, Barmston Road, Beverley, HU17 0LA (“Naturewall”).
2. Promotional Period
The prize draw opens on Monday 27th July at 9:00 AM and closes on Sunday 2nd August at 11:59 PM. Only completed orders placed strictly within this timeframe will be automatically entered into the draw..
3. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Naturewall and their close relatives.
4. The Prize
Up to five (5) winners will be randomly selected to receive a £150 site voucher.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be drawn entirely at random. We will contact the winning customers directly during the week commencing 3rd August. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Order Cancellations & Refunds
The prize is contingent upon the completion of the original qualifying order. The voucher cannot be applied retroactively to the order that won the prize. If a winning customer cancels or fully refunds their qualifying order, the £150 voucher will be immediately invalidated and cannot be redeemed.
7. Voucher Conditions
The £150 voucher is valid for future purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotions, or offers.
8. Right to Extend or Amend
We reserve the right to extend, amend, or withdraw this promotion at our sole discretion. Any changes to the promotional period will be reflected in these terms and on our promotional materials. Standard terms of sale and delivery apply to all orders.
