Returns

  • 28 day returns policy. Retail customers have the right to request a return within 14 days and a further 14 days once the request has been accepted.

Installation

INSTALLATION:

For the simplest wall installation, apply grab adhesive on the back of your panel and gently mount on to the wall. Carefully push the panel to ensure it is secure. Each panel has a tongue and groove fitting on the edge to allow the panels to slot together seamlessly.

Use a sealant to cover up any areas where your wall might be exposed, including gaps and edges. This will avoid water damage to your wall and allow the panels to give a fully waterproof protection. 

We recommend using our high-strength hybrid grab adhesive that is fully heat resistant and waterproof, making it ideal for installation and sealing edges.

If installing onto a ceiling, use screws to in between the slats to fully secure. Again, use sealant on the edges to enhance the waterproofing capabilities of the panels.

For half wall designs, or where you have an edge showing and wish to cover this, end caps with the tongue and groove designs are available. You can also finish off your wall by using an Individual Slat as a top trim.

How do I install the panels?

SlatWall Waterproof is very simple to install either by bonding with grab adhesive or for ceiling installations we recommend mounting with screws through the panel and into your wall. Each panel has a tongue and a groove edging design for a seamless and modular fitting. View our fitting guide for more information.

What size are the panels?

SlatWall Waterproof panels ate 2.4m in height and 0.16m in width. When you place three panels together, their width is 0.48m due to the tongue and groove fitting.

How do I clean the panels?

We recommend using normal soap and water to wipe down with a micro-fibre cloth. It’s as simple as that. Pay particular attention to any exposed sealant areas. Ensure to rinse and dry after use to help prevent build-up of residue and limescale.

Can I cut the panels?

All panels can be easily cut with a fine-toothed hand saw to create your desired length and width. We do not recommend using a circular saw or jigsaw as this may cause splinters in the material reducing the waterproof properties.
