SlatWall Grand Natural Oak

GET THE LUXURIOUS LOOK

Add dimensional drama to your space with SlatWall Grand Natural Oak panels. Crafted at our UK workshop, this style features wide slats and narrow gaps to give walls more texture. We've mounted the slats on black recycled felt for a hint of contrast against the oak veneer. In addition to making the wood grain stand out, this provides a subtle yet striking finish to complement the décor in the foreground. Furthermore, it offers acoustic benefits; the linear alignment and dense backing reduce reverberation and absorb sound.

Natural Oak is a contemporary classic perfect for elevating light and airy spaces. If you'd like a slightly deeper shade, we recommend choosing our 'oiled' finish. With this option, we treat the slats with a nourishing oil to enhance the natural colour and pattern, resulting in a richer effect.

Available in 2.4m and 3m, SlatWall Grand is quick and easy to install with screws or Hybrid Grab Adhesive. Please see our fitting guide for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between SlatWall and SlatWall Grand?

SlatWall Grand features wider slats and smaller gaps than SlatWall. This emphasizes the natural organic wood grain, introducing texture and warmth into a space.

What size are SlatWall Grand panels?

Each panel measures 600 x 2400mm or 3000mm

How do I install SlatWall Grand panels?

Simply apply our Hybrid Grab Adhesive to the back of each panel and apply pressure to adhere it to the wall. Alternatively, fix it to the wall using screws in a coordinating colour with the felt backing. See our fitting guide for more information.

How do I cut SlatWall Grand panels?

We recommend cutting SlatWall panels with a fine-toothed hand saw instead of power tools. You can also use a sharp utility knife to cut the felt backing.

Can I paint, stain or oil SlatWall Grand panels?

Yes, absolutely. Alternatively, we offer a range of pre-oiled shades, including Oiled Natural Oak and Deep Walnut.

How many SlatWall Grand panels do I need?

Measure the height and width of your chosen space in metres, then multiply these values together. If you're installing 2.4m panels, divide your total by 1.44. If you are installing 3m panels, divide your total by 1.8. Round this number up to calculate how many panels you'll need.

Can I install SlatWall Grand panels on top of wallpaper?

Yes, by using screws through the wallpaper and into the wall.

Can I install SlatWall Grand panels near a radiator, cooker or fireplace?

SlatWall Grand panels may be installed near, but not in direct contact with, heat sources. We recommend installing SlatWall Grand panels at least 45cm away from the heat source. See our fitting guide for more information.

Can I install SlatWall Grand panels in wet areas?

We recommend installing SlatWall Grand panels in dry areas with low humidity and no water contact. For areas with high humidity or direct water contact, use our SlatWall Waterproof panels instead.

How do I clean SlatWall Grand panels?

Hoover with a soft brush nozzle and wipe with a damp cloth. We recommend keeping abrasive cleaners and chemicals away from your panels.

Can I install SlatWall Grand panels on the ceiling?

Yes, you can. When applying to the ceiling, it's essential that you use our Hybrid Grab Adhesive and screws for secure installation. Begin by applying Hybrid Grab Adhesive to the back of each panel, then firmly press the panels in place. You can then secure the panels by affixing screws to structural points such as joists. See our fitting guide for more information.
